We are LocalRankPro (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
We operate the website https://securalink.co.uk (the “Site”), as well as any related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms are a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and LocalRankPro, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We will provide prior notice of scheduled changes to the Services you use. Modified Legal Terms become effective upon posting or notifying you by ljohnson@securalink.co.uk. Continuing to use the Services after changes are effective means you agree to the modified terms.
The Services are intended for users at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 may not use or register for the Services.

1. Our Services
Information provided via the Services is not intended for distribution or use where such would be contrary to law or subject us to registration in that jurisdiction. Access from other locations is your initiative, and you’re solely responsible for local law compliance.
The Services are not tailored for industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA). If your interactions are subject to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the GLBA.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Our intellectual property
We own or license all intellectual property in the Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”), and trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”).
Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP and unfair competition laws and treaties worldwide.
Content and Marks are provided “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.
Your use of our Services
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including “Prohibited Activities,” we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
access the Services; and
download or print a copy of any portion of Content you properly access,
solely for personal, non-commercial use or internal business purposes.
Except as set out here or elsewhere in the Legal Terms, no part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
If you wish to use the Services, Content, or Marks beyond what is permitted, email LJohnson@securalink.co.uk. If permission is granted, you must identify us as owners/licensors and ensure copyright/proprietary notices appear where Content is posted or displayed.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Any breach of these IP rights is a material breach and terminates your right to use the Services immediately.
Your submissions
By sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services (“Submissions”), you assign all IP rights in such Submissions to us. We own the Submissions and may use and disseminate them for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.
You are responsible for what you post or upload. By sending Submissions, you:
confirm you’ve read and agree with “Prohibited Activities” and will not submit illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, bullying, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, false, inaccurate, deceitful, or misleading content;
waive, to the extent permissible, any moral rights;
warrant the Submissions are original or you have necessary rights/licences and authority to grant the rights above; and
warrant the Submissions are not confidential.
You are solely responsible for Submissions and agree to reimburse us for losses arising from your breach, third-party IP rights violations, or applicable law.
3. User representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have legal capacity and agree to these Legal Terms; (2) you are not a minor; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means (bot, script, etc.); (4) you will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorised purposes; and (5) your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use.
4. Subscriptions
Billing and renewal
Your subscription continues and auto-renews unless cancelled. You consent to recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Billing cycle is monthly.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by logging into your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. For questions or dissatisfaction, email LJohnson@securalink.co.uk.
Fee changes
We may change subscription fees and will communicate price changes per applicable law.
5. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services for any purpose other than as made available. No commercial endeavours except those endorsed or approved by us.
You agree not to:
Systematically retrieve data/content to create compilations or databases without written permission.
Trick, defraud, or mislead us/users, especially to learn sensitive account info like passwords.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, including copying restrictions.
Disparage, tarnish, or harm us and/or the Services.
Use information from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Misuse support services or submit false reports.
Use the Services inconsistently with laws/regulations.
Engage in unauthorised framing/linking.
Upload/transmit viruses, Trojans, or disruptive materials, including excessive capitals/spam.
Use automated systems for comments/messages, or data mining/robots/extraction tools.
Delete copyright/proprietary notices from Content.
Impersonate another user/person or use another’s username.
Upload/transmit passive/active info collection mechanisms (gifs, pixels, web bugs, cookies, etc.).
Interfere with or burden the Services or connected networks.
Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten our employees/agents.
Bypass access measures.
Copy/adapt Services’ software (Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, etc.).
Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer Service software except as permitted by law.
Use spiders, robots, cheat utilities, scrapers, offline readers, or unauthorised scripts/software.
Use a buying/purchasing agent to make purchases.
Collect usernames/emails to send unsolicited email or create accounts by automated means/false pretences.
Compete with us using the Services or use for revenue-generating endeavours/commercial enterprise.
Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods/services.
6. User generated contributions
The Services do not offer users the ability to submit or post content.
7. Contribution licence
We may access, store, process, and use information and personal data you provide according to the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).
By submitting suggestions or feedback, you agree we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation.
8. Third-party websites and content
The Services may contain links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”) and content belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third-Party Content”). We do not investigate, monitor, or check for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness, and are not responsible for Third-Party Websites or Content accessed through or installed from the Services. Inclusion or linking does not imply approval or endorsement.
If you leave the Services to access Third-Party Websites or use/install Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk. Review the applicable terms and privacy policies of any site/application you use. Purchases through Third-Party Websites are between you and the third party; we take no responsibility.
You acknowledge we do not endorse third-party products/services and hold us blameless from harm caused by such purchases. You also hold us blameless from losses or harm caused by Third-Party Content or contact with Third-Party Websites.
9. Advertisers
Advertisers may display ads in certain areas (e.g., sidebars, banners). We provide space only and have no other relationship with advertisers.
10. Services management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations; (2) take legal action against violations, including reporting to law enforcement; (3) refuse/restrict access, limit availability, or disable any Contributions; (4) remove or disable files/content that are excessive in size or burdensome; and (5) manage the Services to protect rights/property and facilitate proper functioning.
11. Privacy policy
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://securalink.co.uk/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by it, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Services are hosted in the United Kingdom and United States. If you access from other regions with different data laws, by continuing to use, you transfer your data to the UK and US and consent to its processing there.
12. Term and termination
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access/use of the Services (including IP blocking) to any person for any reason, including breach of representations, warranties, covenants, or law/regulation. We may terminate your use or delete any content/information you posted at any time, without warning.
If we terminate/suspend your account, you are prohibited from registering a new account under your name, a fake/borrowed name, or any third-party name, even acting on behalf of a third party. We reserve the right to pursue civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
13. Modifications and interruptions
We may change, modify, or remove Service content at any time for any reason at our sole discretion without notice, and have no obligation to update information. We are not liable for modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuance.
We cannot guarantee availability at all times. Hardware/software issues or maintenance may cause interruptions, delays, or errors. We may change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time without notice. We have no liability for losses or inconvenience caused by downtime. Nothing obligates us to maintain/support the Services or supply corrections, updates, or releases.
14. Governing law
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. If your habitual residence is in the EU and you are a consumer, you also have protection under mandatory law in your country of residence. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
15. Dispute resolution
Informal negotiations
Before arbitration, parties agree to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 31 days upon written notice from one party to the other.
Binding arbitration
Any dispute shall be determined by one arbitrator chosen per the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration, part of the European Centre of Arbitration, seated in Strasbourg, in force at filing. Seat of arbitration: London, United Kingdom. Language: English. Substantive law: United Kingdom.
Restrictions
Arbitration is limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law: (a) no arbitration joined with other proceedings; (b) no class actions; (c) no representative capacity claims.
Exceptions
The following Disputes are not subject to informal negotiations/arbitration: (a) enforcement/protection/validity of IP rights; (b) allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorised use; (c) claims for injunctive relief. If any portion is illegal/unenforceable, such Disputes shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction listed above, and Parties submit to that court’s personal jurisdiction.
16. Corrections
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including descriptions, pricing, availability) and change or update information at any time without notice.
17. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF SERVICE CONTENT OR ANY LINKED WEBSITES/APPS, AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR: (1) ERRORS OR INACCURACIES; (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE FROM ACCESS/USE; (3) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS/USE OF SERVERS AND ANY PERSONAL/FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED; (4) INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION; (5) BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR SIMILAR; (6) ERRORS/OMISSIONS IN CONTENT OR ANY LOSS/DAMAGE FROM CONTENT USE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT/SERVICE ADVERTISED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES OR ANY LINKED WEBSITE/APP OR BANNER, AND ARE NOT PARTY TO OR RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS. EXERCISE CAUTION AND BEST JUDGEMENT.
18. Limitations of liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including subsidiaries, affiliates, and officers, agents, partners, and employees, from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) breach of your representations/warranties; (4) violation of third-party rights (including IP); or (5) overt harmful acts toward any other user. We may assume exclusive defence/control at your expense; you agree to cooperate. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim subject to this indemnification.
20. User data
We will maintain certain data you transmit for managing performance, as well as data relating to your use. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit or relating to your activities. We have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data, and you waive any right of action arising from such loss or corruption.
21. Electronic communications, transactions, and signatures
Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically via email and on the Services satisfy any legal requirement of writing. YOU AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS. You waive rights/requirements under laws requiring original signatures or non-electronic records, or payments/granting of credits by non-electronic means.
22. SMS text messaging
Program description
By opting into any GHL text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive SMS to your mobile number. Messages may include appointment reminders and marketing communications.
Opting out
To stop receiving SMS, reply “STOP.” You may receive a confirmation message.

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your carrier and plan.

24. Miscellaneous
These Legal Terms and any policies/operating rules posted by us on or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement. Our failure to exercise/enforce any right/provision is not a waiver. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all rights/obligations at any time. We are not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or failure caused by factors beyond reasonable control. If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part is severable and does not affect remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by use of the Services. These Terms will not be construed against us for having drafted them. You waive defences based on electronic form and lack of signing.
